LHS Football Season starts tonight!!!!

I love HS football ... but feel so bad for the kids. It's
BEFORE Labor Day and the temperature at gametime will be in the low-80's.
THAT is not football!!!!!
Anyway ... opening kick-off for YOUR Lakewood High School Ranger is TONIGHT .. 7:00pm at First Federal Lakewood Stadium vs. those mean rotten ugly Redmen of Parma High!
GO RANGERS!!!!!!!!!

I was at the game tonight.
Bad news: Rangers lose 29-10.
It could be a very long season on the football field.
Good News: The Lakewood sideline was packed with fans. Considering how much the team has struggled during the 21st century, the level of community support is pretty impressive.
More Good News: The marching band performed very well in its first show of the "Post-Maskow" era.

It was a great night for football and marching band! It has been years since I had been to a game and it will be nice to get back in the habit of going now that my daughter is a rangerette.
I do have one question I am sure someone out there can answer. When did they get rid of the student/child pricing for the Friday night games? I was a little surprised my 5 year old was the same price as an adult.
