Gypsy Bean Closes, Sykes Back, BUT, For How Long

I spoke with Nicole from Gypsy Bean about her shutting down, Baby Bean, Gypsy at the
Beck. She said it had more to do with family than any other thing, but, mentioned she had
not made money since opening the door. The general feeling is with Dunkin Donuts' drive
through people did not want to stop and walk in. She mentioned Paul Sykes, Art 2 You,
Cravings in Rocky River, would be taking over again.
The good news is Paul no longer roasts his own coffee so it is now it could be drinkable
Then I ran into Paul Sykes in his Art 2 You van. Paul is excited about coming back to the
Beck, however when I mentioned I had received two calls about people wanting to "buy it"
and he said, "Tell them to call." So stay tuned.
