Special Board of Ed meeting on a Sunday

Here is the latest communication from Treasurer Tim Penton:
A Special Board of Education Meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, July 28, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. in the Board Auditorium, 1470 Warren Road, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, for the purpose of considering the employment of a public employee and any other business that may come before the Board. The Board will move immediately to Executive Session. When the Board returns to public session, no action will be taken.

It looks like there's no reason for the public to attend given that it will all be taking place in an Executive Session.
