Monique Smith Withdraws From Council-At-Large Race

Current Council-At-Large Council person Monique Smith has decided to not seek re-election
and has withdrawn her name.
One of the many reasons given was, her children and family. With two children under the age
of three she is certainly busy taking care of their needs as well.
