Timothy J. Penton,

Treasurer/CFO

This sounds like a good one--- highlights:

Consideration of the sale of property at competitive bidding, if premature disclosure or information would give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to a person whose personal, private interest is adverse to the general public interest

Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Real Property No Longer Needed for Any School Purpose at Public Auction

Resolution to Establish a Financial Advisory Committee as a Citizen Advisory Committee

Preparing for negotiations with public employees concerning terms and conditions of employment

So a Citizens Advisory committee. Who will be on it? How will that be established? (I'm sure that's all in the resolution.)

And a sale of property. What is it?

Unfortunately the first and last items I mentioned above will be discussed in Un-public Executive sessions, for our own good, apparently.

Be there!
