End Game - Last Cleveland Clinic Doctor to Leave Lakewood?

The Clinic will be moving the last of it's Lakewood doctors to the new Avon building by the end of June. The really funny part is that the Avon building was partially funded by Cuyahoga County!
It is the final realization of the Clinics strategic plan to only have offices in Clinic owned buildings. Since the Clinic does not own Lakewood Hospital will it be leaving Lakewood Hospital as well? How likely is it that Lakewood Hospital will be the only exception?
There was talk of the Clinic expanding its operations at the so called Lakewood Hospital Medical Campus but that facility is owned by a private investor so that doesn't seem likely.
I say so called Lakewood Hospital Medical Campus because the building is owned by a private investor and operated by Fairview Hospital. I wonder what genius thought of that business plan?
The owners of the building seem to be behind on their taxes. I wonder why?
What affect will the Clinic policy have on Lakewood's office market? Can all of those new restaurants survive without customers?
