Good morning all,
For those you you whom I have not yet met, my name is Laura Krawczyk and I am the Housing Outreach Coordinator at LakewoodAlive; I will also be the point person for this year's Paint Lakewood Program. I am sending this email to both inform you of this program for your members/clients/constituents, and also to ask that you consider including an announcement in your newsletter or on your website.
The program, offered through LakewoodAlive, provides a rebate of up to $1,000 for income-eligible Lakewood residents (80% of the area median income, or a maximum of $50,700 for a 4-person household). New to the program last year is our revolving loan fund, which offers participants the option to charge the first $500 of paint or supplies to LakewoodAlive, reducing the up-front costs for the homeowner.
