Single House On Gladys Torn Down

Today the city tore down another standing)barely single structure on Gladys Avenue.

Not wondering about the mayor's twitter account, just wondering about what happened to 1214 Gladys. In other words, why is this house being torn down?

Sad to see but seeing the extent of the internal structrul damage it was just in time.
