All

Here is the latest version of the Lakewood Observer, once again celebrating everything that is good about Lakewood, this wonderful walkable community we call home, where we work, or at least visit on occasion.

Everything from 0 - 100: new animals, new residents, new businesses, and then there is Inez Postma, who was born in Lakewood just a couple days over 100 years ago. Who has enjoyed nearly every day of her life. I was able to spend some time with Inez at her 100th Birthday Party and since. She tells great stories of dirt roads, farmland, orchards and more.

Please enjoy this issue of the Lakewood Observer as much as the writers, photographers, editors, illustrators, advertisers and staff do when we put it together. The Lakewood Observer is truly a labor of love and respect for a city we all love and respect. This is shaping up to be another fantastic spring and summer for all of us.

Please vote YES for Lakewood Schools on Issue 14, the single biggest key to our future is educated children.

Enjoy
