I am pleased to announce the launch of our tenth print/online media project this morning, the "Healthy and Humane Observer" is on the streets! This new paper will be working across a wide variety of sources from Hospitals to Holistic Practices, from Prevention to Treatment, from Healthy Eating to Food Security, and like its sister publication from Human Tribe®, The Great Lakes Courier, it will be available in print all across Cuyahoga, Lake, Summit, Medina, and Lorain Counties. http://healthyandhumaneobserver.com

Based on the success of the Observer chain of community-run and written papers, leaders from the health community came to us for a demonstration of AGS' award winning "Ninth Estate" Software, and after examining other platforms decided that nothing was as complete or as solid as "Ninth Estate."

We are happy to welcome them into the Human Tribe side of AGS's family of community-run and written projects.

What makes AGS's Observer Projects so unique is that it is not only owned and controlled by people in the community it serves, it is also responsive to the needs, thoughts, and news of that community. Instead of putting reporters out into the community as "gatekeepers" we have found it more beneficial, and more healthy for a community to hear the collective voices of their own community, and to further the discussion of that community. Recently called, "The Most Organic Media Project In America," the Observer is printed on 100% recycled paper, using soybean inks, and can be recycled in many many ways. It is the most organic thing a person touches in their day-to-day lives. "I laugh when young folks tell me their computers are greener, forgetting how computers fill landfills, while making massive carbon footprints in their use and manufacture," said founder Jim O'Bryan.

Where the average website hits hundreds of unique viewers a day, The Observers are producing tens of thousands of readers and viewers with each run and online. Last year the Observer Project delivered over
1,000,000 million copies, on recycled paper, using soybean ink into Cuyahoga County alone. It is the fastest growing print media project in America.

Congratulations, Healthy And Humane Observer!

LAKEWOOD-BASED AGS Software, Inc. is also working with community based projects in Indiana, New Jersey, and this spring, in Southern California.

It's nice to see a regional pet/animal-themed offering. I suspect it will do pretty well.

You mentioned ten publications.....I can only name the following:
LO
Parma
Heights
Collinwood
Bay/Westlake
GLC
Human/Humane

Which three am I forgetting?
I'm surprised Shaker doesn't have one....that seems a more fitting place than Bay or Westlake.

Euclid
Campus District
Rockport

Another seven starting this spring and summer including Shaker Heights.

The project in Indiana is actually an international motorsports media project funded
in part by GMC, the Indianapolis Speedway, and Motorsports Writers Hall of Fame. The
first Human Tribe Project. And a 100% pet paper is nearly ready to launch.
