Lakewood's Planning Commission will begin a series of public hearings to discuss the content of the working draft of the Lakewood Community Vision. The first hearing is Thursday, February 7th at 7:00 in the City Hall auditorium.

This sounds interesting. I'm wondering how it is implemented. Or how the last one was. Who uses this blueprint and how.. does it have any enforceable teeth?

(I know that's a mixed metaphor there. Rob Masek could draw it.)
