Oh, don't worry, the RR police chief said it was "an isolated incident," nothing to worry about.

The man shot and killed is a repeat offender, robbery, DUI, domestic violence. It's likely that at 10PM at night they were out casing houses to rob - they did not live in Rocky River and they were near a freeway entrance/exit. Must've gotten in a tiff with their "ride."

Want to add that now they are reporting that he lived in RR but he's from the 70th and Clark area and was renting an apartment in Westlake previously.

Rocky River Police Chief Kelly Stillman reported to Channel 19 news that Rocky River Police have a suspect in custody. His name is Donovan Owens, and he's 21 years old.

There were two people shot, one fatally, according to the report, which also says that the meeting between shooter and shooting victims was not random.
