This morning Lakewood trash collection crews noticed flames coming out of the back
of a house located at 1473 Lakewood Avenue and called the fire department who responded,
They found the home padlocked as it was in foreclosure, knocked in the door and found the
top and back of the attic on fire, and proceeded to put the fire out.
Cause is yet to be determined, as the fire crews were just coming back to the station.
