WSJ has a video that they are claiming is the full debate and yet it is edited. Here is an example of them removing Obama setting himself up.

Notice the cut? Notice who's ad is played in the beginning?

Here is what was cut out.

Here is the transcript of what was edited.

ROMNEY: ... to oil, to tax breaks, then companies going overseas. So let's go through them one by one.

First of all, the Department of Energy has said the tax break for oil companies is $2.8 billion a year. And it's actually an accounting treatment, as you know, that's been in place for a hundred years. Now...

OBAMA: It's time to end it.

ROMNEY: And in one year, you provided $90 billion in breaks to the green energy world.

Gotta love the media trying to help Obama out whenever they can.

the ads that appear before youtube videos are largely a function of information mining algorithms and/or whatever advertising commercial buyers are out there.

the wall street journal is owned by the same corporation that owns FOX NEWS(the cable television station and the website, which are the same).

I primarily watch Tourettes Guy and LongMont Potion Castle audio clips on youtube. random commercials will sometimes appear before the clips.

I can't speak for the debate itself: i refuse to watch it. hopefully the wall street journal did not edit out worthy dialogue. however, if they present it with multiple camera angles, editing will be required regardless. they generally switch camera angles every time a different person is speaking.
