From Cindy Einhouse...

t’s the end of an era! Come join us on Saturday October 6, from 6-9pm at Beck Cafe!
As of October 1st, Beck Café will close, as creator Paul Sykes passes the torch along to a new owner Gypsy Beans & Baking Co., which is expanding its business into Lakewood at Beck Center starting Nov. 1. But for now, let’s get together and raise a glass to celebrate the great synergy of music, art, and coffee which began here nearly four years ago.

Come join fellow Beckheads and art collector friends, along with a very special guest - internationally known artist Natasha Turovsky who created the outdoor murals which grace the Beck Center campus. Natasha and her family, along with Paul and his family look forward to sharing this time with you. Please pass this invitation on to others who have enjoyed the exhibits and the free music on the Red Stage over the years!

Any word on what may happen with his other venture just over the bridge in Rocky River?

I read where Mr. Sykes is still going to run Cravings and also still provide the art to the new Gypsy Bean @ Beck. His involvement in the Beck is far from over, according to reports.
