Loose dog on Clifton - Airedale

At about 8:00 this morning there was a loose Airedale at Clifton and Webb.
I stopped to get it as it was in Clifton. A man on a bike also stopped to try and get it. It would not come to either of us. It didn't have a collar on it.
I called Lkwd Animal control. They said it would be at least half an hour before anybody could be there. The police would not respond.
It was last seen headed North on Webb towards Lake.
Maybe somebody out there knows somebody missing their Airedale.
