Clifton Pointe Launched!

I attended a wonderful cocktail party for the kick off of Adobe's Clifton Pointe Project at their current build out, Eleven River.
Clifton Pointe are the new "EcoHomes of Lakewood" being built over at Sloane, and the
Sloane Subway. Seventeen luxury town homes ranging in price from $329,000.00 - $63,000.00.
Well sixteen, as one has already been sold.
Andrew Brickman the man behind Adobe, has a great history of building high end stylish
condos that sell very quickly. It is great seeing Andrew staying not just on the Westside, but
now in Lakewood. This would be seen as a very good thing. Give them the Foran property.
