You might want to give the police a call. This action was early Saturday morning in Downtown
Lakewood, in an incident between a snow plow and many cars.

Does the city pay for that damage or do they claim the trucks have sovereign immunity?

Looked like the plows might have gotten a few more on Warren Road on Wednesday or Thursday morning. Two just after the tracks, one pushed up on to the curb, the other behind it.

There has to be 4 inches for the emergency snow ban to apply. This does not look like that much.
Also last I have herd, from someone who had a similar thing happen to their car from a garbage truck, the city is NOT liable. The owner of the cars' insurance companies have to pay for it.
