Keystone Pipeline

Their idea is to build an oil pipeline from Alberta Canada, to Texas.
that is a bad idea.
if Canada were smart, they would build refineries in Canada.
If the USA was smart, we'd build more refinery capacity in the Northern midwest.
minnesota, indiana, wisconsin, the dakotas..or even Michigan!
that is much better than piping crude oil across half the continent.
The idea of the Keystone Gulf Coast Expansion project must be destroyed!
