Help! Seeking Lakewood Apartment

Greetings!
A friend of mine is going through divorce and would like to relocate to Lakewood. She would like a two bedroom apartment here. She lives with her elderly mom, so it must be a first floor or have an elevator.
The apartment must also allow pets...she has cats and dogs.
She is willing to live in any part of Lakewood.
