Very quickly:
1. Madison
2. Kaufmann
3. Lakewood
4. Edwards
8. The one at the hilliard detroit split that my kids call the froggy playground.
13. The one off Sloane I always take a water break on during long runs.

I forgot to mention I'll post the answers in about a week or so....

5 is Webb and 7 is Cove... those fine-looking LEAF community gardens are a dead giveaway, as they are at Madison and Kauffman that Valerie correctly named.
8 is the one by my house, but I don't know what it's called. Valerie means Madison and Hilliard.

Without looking at the city's website, (honest) here's what I come up with...
#1 Madison (I will always remember the summer each kid hit 48" and took their first ride down the pool slide.)
#2 Kauffman (A diamond in the rough...come on Lakewood, greenspace is good.)
#3 Lakewood (Fireworks, Friday Night Flicks, Meet the Trucks, Skatepark, Kids Cove, Pavilions, Veteran's Memorial, Foster Pool, Bandstand, Cleveland views, birdhouse, Underground Railroad, Old Stone House)
#4 Edwards
#5 Webb
#6 Merl (It was the only way I could get my kids in and out of Finast without whining.)
#7 Cove (Dusty t-ball flashback.)
#8 Wagar
#9 (Must be part of that private beach I hear about because I do not recognize it.)
#10 Park Row
#11 Niagra ( We used to have the best clover hunts here when the kids were little...always in March around St. Patrick's Day...hot cocoa, rainbow cookies and chocolate gold coins.)
#12 West Clifton & Clifton
#13 Sloane

Wow. The kids got Lakewood Park-- they still call it the Beep Beep park-- and Wagar I guess, the one where Madison and Hilliard meet-- they call that one the Old park. And that's it for me.
Need to get a helicopter.

Meg
Actually that beach is much, much bigger than that photo. That beach, really the only area one
can walk down to the lake and put your feet in the water is pretty large, and very private.
Members include The mayor, members of council, and many of our civic leaders that are
desperately looking for ways to make Lakewood better for all.

By the way, I'm glad you two picked up on that. I too was surprised by its absence. The Mini Park is at one of our city's gateways, and probably has more visitors per square foot than any other park in Lakewood.
Those that want to visit this beautiful park should go to the southwest corner of Madison and Highland Avenues. Take a lunch, or buy one across the street.
Let's rename it "Highland Square Mini Park" after we get the new signage for Highland Avenue.
Jim, you should repost your photo that shows how this park could look with a few artful additions. Ah, Lakewood, city of light, the Paris of Cleveland's inner ring suburbs.

I thought Paris called itself "The Lakewood of Europe".
