However, many low income households are strapped with high premium/high deductible plans that they simply cannot afford, let alone afford to use, especially in circumstances where prices are inflated/duplicated due to the changes in Lakewood healthcare delivery via the Master Agreement.

Meg--

How does the Master Agreement cause inflation or duplication of prices due to changes in Lakewood healthcare delivery? I haven't broken anything down yet. Please explain. Thanks.

I was thinking of inflated emergency prices for the urgent care services left behind after the closing of Lakewood Hospital via the Master Agreement; the charges a patient would incur if a visit to Lakewood Emergency resulted in the need for EMS transport to a hospital; and the cost of a second stop for triage at their destination.

Does anyone know for sure if the city of Lakewood has contracted with Donald Martens and Tri County Ambulance? I see Donald Marten all over the city and at Lakewood Urgi-Care. I saw Tri County at city hall.

The city has not contracted with Martens or Tri County. Martens picks up patients from nursing homes for appointments and other transports. I recently saw Tri County transporting a patient home from the hospital.

Scott,
Can you explain why Tri County has been at city hall main entrance twice in the past three months? If so, can you please post documentation for this, redacting names, of course, thanks.
