Back to the Summer's paper...
Does this mean that the ads within the paper are illegal? Are all those ads/sponsors in violation according to the political regulations? Should they be subject to penalty? If so, will they be?

Mr. Heckler,
Shouldn't you be directing your questions to Mayors Summers and FitzGerald since they are currently running the City of Lakewood?
This is yet another debacle created under the joint Mayors Summers and FitzGerald tag-team administration.
There should be no further doubt ... after the fake "newspaper" folly ... that FitzGerald is the "master" and Summers is the mere "apprentice" ... in keeping with your theater theme in anticipation of the much awaited "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" release.
So, what is the Summers/FitzGerald plan?
