Heidi,
Your right we probably should wait and see how this shakes out and we may be able to do this without another person. But if anyone out there wants to help please let us know. The more the merrier!

Remember 100% of the profits go to All Dog Heaven non-profit to help Missy take care of rescue dogs that are in medical need.

But we need one more person to be in charge of restocking and collection and we will probably need a few more bakers. CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP!!

Maybe someone to help with bagging if I get sick. That's part of the issue with me. Sorry.

I have a friend a town or two over who really wants to help. I bet she will bag. I could bring them to her when they are ready. If people use their facebook and email to let people know I think the cookies will sell like hotcakes. People really believe in the cause! Animal lovers are universal!

Wow, I’m off the Deck for a few days and look at what I have missed. I am so glad to read this, this is amazing. Its inspiring to see how this has come from just an idea to everyone being so willing to help in such a short amount of time. I wish you all the best of luck.

I am very busy as of late, so I am not sure if I can help much, but what would be involved in the collection and restocking?

Justine,
Sounds like a plan..call your friends and see if they are game and we will keep you posted.

Justine is right...I put it on my Facebook page and picked up a baker. If everyone did they we might pick up more people. Just pull the information from Missy's All Dogs Heaven Facebook page.

Thanks all! Keep passing the word!

And we did this without a meeting!!! This is great! I hate meetings!

Hi All,
Here is where we stand on the dog cookie project for Missy and All Dogs Heaven...All our cookie bakers have their recipes and are ready to bake. (If any one out there would like to join us let me know. We need all the help we can get.)

Rozi's has been kind enough to be our drop off for the cookies everyone makes. Make sure you drop the cookies off in one container that is not airtight. We have suggested that all cookie bakers have their cookies to Rozi's by October 14th.

We will then begin to bag. That process we will discuss at a later date when we have our plans more firmly planned. I will keep you updated when that process is firmly planned.

That is the latest!
Please PM me if you would like to help with this good cause!

I also want to add that I will be making jewelry soon to start selling for the rescue. I am going to try my hand at it. LOL. I have all this stuff to make candles, but have no idea how to do that and I don't want to burn my house down. LOL.

Thank you to everyone who is helping with this. The support is just amazing, and I am so thankful to all of you. You guys are keeping me going, and I need that. I needed this support to keep me doing this.

I am just so overwhelmed by this, and words cannot express how much it means to me.

Missy,
We need to sell this stuff on your website...the cookies, your jewelry, candles...anything anyone wants to give you to sell to benefit your non-profit. Is there any way to do that on your website with a paypal account. I think it would be worth it to look into.

David

Pay pal shopping carts are built into the FREE websites Lakewood Observer offer
non-profits, and our ecommerce sites we offer businesses for as little as $10.00 a month.

As I always say. The Lakewood Observer project is much more than a paper, as the
Cleveland Foundation said, The most valuable economic development
tool and community building tool they have ever seen.
