Bridget,

The persons do not want to come forward at this time and I will honor their privacy. It really appears that Summers is being allowed to use the courts as a form of harassment, and intimidation.
We are currently looking into this alleged problem and will update here on the Deck at a later time.

Here's an outfit for that clown of a lawyer who thought filing that lawsuit was a good idea:

When it comes to defending the Constitution, the name Donnelly is a stand out!

Our own local Judge Michael P Donnelly slapped down a frivolous lawsuit meant to silence dissent.

Yesterday in New York City, Federal Judge Ann Donnelly issued a stay against the Trump order to block certain people from entering the United States.

Although not related, these two judges, both named Donnelly, should be praised for defending the rights of Americans!

Speaking of lawsuit, it appears Judge O'Donnell has not re-scheduled the SLH lawsuit yet. Mr. O'Donnell, has the clinic paid you off to stall the lawsuit for a longer period of time? Are you waiting untill the Family Health Center is complete before acting?

I allege that this judge is involved and is a member of Summers and Extended Company. This is yet another example of Cuyahoga County Courts cronyism.
