Good Morning Mr. Wadden,
You have not addressed any of the facts. Mr. Mager is right.

Good Morning Messrs. Anderson and Wadden,
I know that you both own rental real estate here in Lakewood.
I will pay you for the tax depreciated value of that real estates per Schedule E or your tax returns i.e. I'll pay you "book value".
Never mind what the market place says you rental properties are worth 3 times that amount.
Let's work from Schedule E of your tax returns using depreciated book value of your properties as their value.
Oh, and I will only pay a fraction of that into a new non-profit that you and I will create control and fund years from now so you really don't get anything for your rental properties.
Do we have a deal?

Good morning Brian,
Already sold all my rental properties in Lakewood this year. (I'm sure Lori will look them up and make sure that I paid my taxes). The housing market is on fire.!!!! Lakewood is hot.
Cmager is right? He/she didn't state anything or say anything on this thread to be right or wrong. Only critiquing my posts and asking me to leave the deck.
Why don't people use their names on this forum. It might as well be anonymous if we are going to use abbreviations.

So why did we only get $888K per for the "prime" Lakewood commercial real estate in the heart of the downtown?
Hmmm

Because that's exactly what somebody would pay for it. What's going rate for property on Belle and Detroit, per acre?

We gave the Clinic $3.5 million of taxpayer money to tear down the buildings and $2.5 million of taxpayer money to help them build a garage on land we sold them for $1.6M.
Brilliant!
Summers is like "Major Major" in the book "Catch 22" --Major Major was an expert at creating net loss carry-forwards (NOLs)
Summers is an expert at created taxpayer losses---According to the Clinic's own documents Summers and Butler gave the Clinic a $278M get out of jail free card before they gave them public assets for free.
All to get "control of the land and money"--Summers said.
5.7 acres in the heart of downtown: Price tag maybe $5M
Non compete to Clinic giving them $11.5M profit per year FORVER: PRICELESS!

Brian,
It appears Mr. Butler just keeps spewing more lies and holding the PUBLIC records hostage. Mr. Butler, release the records!
I believe the reason that city hall won't release these records is because they can't keep the story straight anymore and they probably forgot what money went where. Mr. Butler, Mr. Summers and Council, do you have a separate check book ledger for OUR money that you have allegedly money laundered away?
