Mr. George--- You stated that past mayors did not pass balanced budgets.

All mayors and councils have passed balanced budgets. It is not possible to do otherwise.

Mr. Austin, I said Mayor Fitzgerald is working hard to produce a balanced budget. I said nothing about "pass" balanced budget. What do you think, we magically fell $4 million dollars in the Red over night? Common buddy, this is the real world.

in the old days they had drunk tanks. cells they would just lock people up in and let them out the next day without pressing charges. a lot of churches are hardly used most days. I would just lock people in church. many of them have thick stone or concrete walls.

Lakewood needs a large catapult for sending people back to cleveland.

The threat of being sent to Cleveland may also work as a deterrent. The worst offenders are sent all the way to the east side.
