This long time favorite thread from Observers, seemed the perfect place to put photos of last night's lunar eclipse because that it is exactly what happened.
Just as the event was getting underway a pretty good cloud bank moved in ahead of a storm. However, if you were patient, the skies, allowed glimpses of this event.
Here are some images from last night, and the clouds getting in the way!
Always pays to look up.
