Ryan you're too funny.
Ah well this is fun but I think I'm done here.
I just hope in about 5 years when gay people can marry that your marriage is able to survive. I mean doomsday is at hand and those gay cooties might infect your home. **shudder**
But hope is not lost, I heard they're building new homes in Saudi Arabia...just hope you can live without your Blackberry. lol

Ryan, you are a deviant and morally reprehensible for speaking on a forum that children and teens read, about your aberrant ideas.

The question wasn't will it happen it was do you want this taught? You can say Lakewood doesn't have this education yet but that doesn't mean much. Do you know how quickly that could change?
Tucker Max is straight and unmarried. so far he has had great success discussing fisting and anal oral and other stuff in the commercial media. So has Howard Stern: howard stern has supported Republicans: Howard Stern is teaching the queers and the swingers to support Israel and Liberate Iraq.

Since when do they discuss actual and detailed sexual practices in ANY sex ed class? Straight or gay? Even in high school health, which my child recently took, the "sex" stuff was relatively tame. I think one could find more controversial material in the daily newspaper.
Really, I find it amusing that people think gay sex is aberrant when plenty of "straight" people get into extremely kinky stuff, including, as mentioned, bestiality. And for orgies, that's not the exclusive domain of gays. Plenty of hetero married couples are into swinging, wife swapping, etc. To me, that's more of an attack on a marriage contact than two gay people who choose to remain faithful.
I also find it disturbing that anyone is so concerned about another person's private sex life. Really, I'd prefer not to know what Ryan Salo does in the bedroom - ewww, the images in my head!

I think this Google search about sums up any response to Ryan Salo:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&qscr ... ay&spell=1Don't worry, it's tame.

I just find it hilarious that those that are the most hateful against homosexuals often have something to hide. Really makes you wonder.
Ted Haggard anyone?

There is not much evidence the average gay couple engage in much more athletic sex than the average straight couple.
One of the guys with a group like Corporate Resource Council was forced to resign in scandal recently. he had made his career campaigning against homosexuality with explicity pamphlets warning straights and teenagers against many sex acts such as coprophilia, and the others Mr.Salo mentioned. later, he gained notoriety for hiring a male escort to go vacationing with him in Europe. In retrospect, the anti-gay folks who peddle pamplets accusing gays of the most bizarre sex acts do so because they are titilated by presenting such information to teenagers and militantly straight men.

I'm not particularly averse to the idea of homosexuality, but I am adverse to the public display of homosexuality (and I'm not comfortable with our current culture with its blatant display of heterosexuality). My feeling is that if the homosexuality is kept private, I probably wouldn't even know about it, so how could I be concerned.
I am concerned that with the media pushing homosexuality, activites that were once accepted as normal (such as two women, or two men, taking a trip together) are now taken as signs of homosexuality.
As to changing our definition of marriage, my question is how far will the changes go. Polygamy is now illegal; marrying a child is now illegal, marrying an animal is now illegal.
So if we change the definition of marriage to accomodate a pressure group, or by accepting a judge's feelings that not changing the definition is a violation of something he found in the constitution, how can we refrain from allowing polygamy, for example. The same legal fiction that finds rights for same sex couples would seem to be as valid in finding rights for polygamists.
In another light, many people are incensed because of the reports of pedophilia by priests. From what I have read, this is predominantly homosexual in nature. I wonder how much of the outrage is because of the betrayal of trust, and how much is because of the homosexual nature of the acts?

Umm my outrage over the whole Catholic priest issue is the fact that it involves the abuse of children, children who will carry those scars their entire lives and also the fact that that repulsive abuse was covered up by a large organized religion. It has nothing to do with homosexuality, it has to do with the abuse of children. Their are pedophiles that are homosexuals and pedophiles that are heterosexuals and they are all some of the lowest forms of human beings alive, and I use the term human being lightly.
Once again I am so shocked that so many people spend so much time worrying about what other people are doing behind closed doors. Personally I don't want to see overt public displays of affection between any couple whether they are a heterosexual or homosexual couple. But I see nothing wrong with hand holding or anything like that, I'm just old fashion in that respect and don't want to see anyone making out in public.
As far as the slippery slope idea that people tend to throw around what a cop-out. This isn't about polygamy, this isn't about incest, this isn't about anything other than two adults who happen to be of the same sex wanting the government to recognize their commitment to one another just like heterosexual couples.
It amazes me that people who are constantly up in arms about lack or morals and lack or personal responsibility would want to stand in the way of two people who want to be committed to one another. After all commitment to another person and the desire to create a family couldn't be more responsible.
Let's all just get over ourselves and stop worrying about people's sex lives because in all honesty that is all people are worried about who are against gay marriage and personally I feel they are the perverse ones.

Who can I sue so I don't have to pay for other people's children?
Why do those people get tax breaks?
I dislike having to pay for schools.
Must have been some radical judges that made that possible. It is just totally unfair that people who choose the breeder lifestyle should get benefits.
This whole communistic public schooling thing stinks.
If you have kids, you should have to just flat out pay for their education and quit leaning on the rest of us for a handout.
And let's revisit that whole 1967 decision where people with different skin colors could marry. Pretty soon, everybody's going to be tan.
I think you're an attention hoor, Salo.

Oh, and Will, pedophilia is pedophilia. Most pedophiles are straight. You can actually inform yourself about it.

I do not understand the self-hating Christians.
Pick up the New Testament. Read carefully. Lather, rinse, repeat.
