Well if you read the writings, you would know the answer to why that is.

.
Jim, which Buddha are you referring too? just curious.. Thanks...

The one on the left. Unless you feel the one on the right is best for your travels.

,
Unfortunately, there are very few books written in English about Ji Gong Buddha. He was a crazy monk that loved his liquor..

Stephen

The Right one...

Right Understanding
Right Mindedness
Right Speech
Right Action
Right Livelihood
Right Effort
Right Attentiveness
Right Concetration

Judging by your comments, and elegant twist, I fear you might have spent too much time in the dark with Tao, Lakewood's Detroit Avenue Shaman.

Hence, the left one.

We are one, in mind, in spirit, and road we travel.

Rt 237.

No, blame it on Tien Tao

Stephen

He has failed you.

you must blame yourself, as I blame myself

It is not about belief

It is about empowering yourself

finding the answers yourself

your own experience of realization

and

the actualization of that realization in the world

it must flow out from your heart

As Sharon's Budapest does.

Do not overrate what you have received, nor envy others. He who envies others does not obtain peace of mind.

Danielle Masters wrote:I was upset last night about how Biden explained his belief. I was confused if he was saying he was for state recognized civil unions, but not forcing religions to recognize them or if he was just against any legal recognition. He just didn't explain himself well. He was doing really good about saying what he was for and then his comments just tanked. That was my only really disappointment in his comments last night.

This was a surprising exchange that basically sounded like they agreed on something: Yes to legal civil unions, legal recognition of a partnership, all the benefits that would benefit a heterosexual...er...relationship. As long as they don't call it "marriage" which is the institution between a man and a woman. For that, they both agreed that they didn't support gay marriage. The only Biden caveat was that if a church wanted to recognize it, fine. This was one that neither were prepared for because, unlike most election seasons, this wasn't the old saw brought out for banging around as they do only every 4 years.

It was neat that Palin was okay with legalized unions and shared benefits (as her State supports). That is one actual Maverick Point in her column since that clearly bucks the trend of her party. Which is why they were both comfortable leaving that topic to move on as quickly as possible.
