While she has only been a governor for 20 months, she has plenty of baggage and allegations to bring to the table. Some of the allegations were expected though, like the legislative probe against her for abusing her power as an elected official, since she is a Republican governor after all right?
LOL what is worst having a pregnant teenage daughter or having supported and worked with a known domestic terrorist.. . ..

...or a political party whose stated goal is
secession from America.
What terrorist activity had Ayers participated in since knowing Obama?
Palin reportedly
went to the AIP convention in 1994

I thought that Bill was just a guy in the neighborhood??? And I am sure that if Bush became friends with bin Laden that you would give him the same leeway

Id love it if people on both sides would drop all the stuff about Palin, and address the really important issue: WHAT THIS APPOINTMENT SAYS ABOUT MCCAIN AND HIS DECISION-MAKING. HE MADE A TRANSPARENTLY POLITICAL CHOICE AT THE EXPENSE OF CHOOSING THE BEST PERSON.
AGAIN, WE ARE SUPPOSED TO CONSIDER OBAMA THE DANGEROUS RISK

She also addressed the group this year. But I guess secession from the US is ok.

If he made a bad decision on his VP choice then he will lose the election. Are you upset because you were going to vote for McCain?

or is it because he picked a woman?

Not just a rumor...
Todd Palin was a registered member of AIP from 1995 to 2002. Let's see, what happened in 2002? Oh yeah, she ran (unsuccessfully) for Lt. Governor.
It makes a lot more sense now why she'd fly 10 hours back to Alaska when her water broke and why it was so important that their baby should be born on Alaskan soil.
Countdown to an Eagleton in 5, 4, 3.....

As Governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin is responsible for $9 billion budget, and manages $13 billion in revenue. The State of Alaska employs 25,000 people.

You seem hysterical; do you pound your keyboard, too?
You apparently don't realize that all candidates are politicians, and as such they make political decisions. I don't believe that you can name any decision as to the vice presidential candidate that has not been patently political. Biden, who has failed repeatedly as a candidate for the presidential nomination, was clearly not picked because he was the best person to be president, but because his presence may make some of us worry less about Obama's profound lack of experience in foreign affairs.

Stephen
It is this blind loyalty that always amazes me.
Bad choice, bad first choice, bad second choice in a rage.
