You mean I'm gonna half to walk over a sewer to pick up my dry cleaning and hoist a 40lb bag of dog food over my shoulder?

Perhaps they can incorporate the stream into the development as their touted “water feature?”

Just think - gondola rides through the Belle-agio! :lol: :lol:
