Sounds like a clear cut case for the Law Director to investigate fraud. Who's side you on Kevin?

Tom,
I believe I may have mentioned this before, but, after observing Lakewood EMS runs over the past year, it appears that complete run times are about and hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and forty-five minutes.
Ems squads will get you to a hospital much faster, rather than wait for the Mobile Stroke Unit to get to your house. They are kept and dispatched from Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.
Several police officers have mentioned that they are out of our city for long periods of time should they have to accompany someone to the hospital and wait to question them.

If you need good care for non-life threatening issues, go to the Lakewood Urgent Care at Hyland Ave. (117th st.) and Detroit.
They have an xray if one is needed.

I think St. Vincent is off Route 90 as opposed to 490, isn't that correct(?)..good suggestion Tom, thank you.
The CCF has certainly turned the tables and now have all they ever wanted in Lakewood, a facility they can charge a facility "fee", yay!
Kind of reminds me of $24 million in "administrative fees" charged to Lakewood.
For what reason again?
Crickets...
(...to help it appear that the hospital was failing, that's why.)

I think we all have to keep in mind that the Cleveland Clinic took advantage of a wonderful deal given to them by our Mayor and Council.
All Summers and Council had to do was to threaten the Clinic with a lawsuit should they choose to abandon their contract.
I still believe that the hospital deal was planned and put in place long before the tax payers of Lakewood were made aware of it.
It appears Summers and Council just went through the charades of making the deal look legit.

Lori,
I believe you are correct.
SOMEBODY/IES are waiting for the POT OF GOLD AT THE END OF THE HOSPITAL.
They were willing to go through whatever shenanigans they had to, even though it was ALL LIES, to work toward their personal, private goal.
