I am so glad that Bait Store was closed. It's a miracle I didn't throw a brick through that guys window. He was always posting women hating and racists sayings on pieces of cardboard and sticking it in the front window.
What a creep.
What a creep.

I remember the PETA one but the few times I ate at the Borderline last year I remember him having up some cut out articles of questionable content, though I don't remember what they were at the time. Anyways, it was odd having a bait shop in a town with no access to the Lake. (had to be said !Brad Hutchison wrote:It's seems weird that it's illegal to sell sport-caught fish.
The only sign I ever remember seeing in his window was "PETA-People Eating Tasty Animals."

New sign next to Aladdin's for a Green gift shop. Curious what their inventory will be. Certainly the buzzword these days and a rapidly growing market. Maybe pet rocks?
Eclectic sounds like a better fit than the bait shop. Sounds as if he was starting to branch out from just lures though. Seems he "baited" Sharon pretty well.

Shawn-
Not baited - offended. Two different things - he posted disparaging comments about other human beings.
I may say some things that others think are "fishy" but I'm not a trout.

Dewey's is pretty nice. My wife and I used to eat there in Cleveland Heights. They have a big window into the kitchen so that kids can watch pizzas being made, and usually the window was crowded with kids! They also try very hard to be family-friendly.
That said, while it's good pizza, it's no Angelo's. Nothing is!

Not huge news, but it's still pretty cool - Pittsburgh manufacturing software company NetServ is opening an office in Lakewood to serve clients in Ohio, Indiana, Canada and points west.
It's just four guys, who are on the road most of the time, but I think that it's great that they picked Lakewood. Maybe for our proximity to major highways?
It's not really development news, but I couldn't find another active thread that would be logical to put this in.
