I do not know the particulars, but either through H2O or the division of youth offers snow removal. I want to say it is for everyone, but mainly targets the elderly. My daughter was going to sign up for it through H2O, (they get paid) but you have to be 12 years old. If I think about it when I get home I look it up in the Garfield Gazette and post it.

I am currently offering snow credits (just like carbon credits). Don't feel guilty about not shoveling your sidewalk anymore! Pay me and I will clear somebody else's sidewalk that you don't even know! You don't need to hang your head in shame for you've paid your debt to society by having me shovel a stranger's sidewalk for YOU! Act now, snow credits going fast.
Limited time offer. Not to be combined with any other offer. Offer good only while snow lasts. Price may be subject to change. Unpaid balances left over 30 days will be subject to a 32% interest rate compounded daily. Does not guarantee you won't be sued, fined or whined at for having an un-shoveled sidewalk. Offer cannot be used in the summer. Superfund sites, Local Newspaper offices and shops selling pickled eggs excluded. Please see add in the LO for more details.
