What the heck Shawn - where did you see me say decrease - I DIDN"T SAY DECREASE - I said 1.7% rise and 1% increase - THAT MEANS WENT UP.

I apologize. To come clean, what I saw in your post was another redirect to the overall totals with no mention of the individual categories. Those individual categories were what I've been directing my questions to over the past 2 months and today I get a flyer that tells me the exact opposite of what the evidence supports. Hmmmmm.
