I think that's a great idea, but as the Admin, I'd really prefer to have fewer forums. Whenever we think we need to start new forums, nobody ever uses them (and then there are too many topics to look through).
How would everyone feel about making a sticky thread in the Lakewood General Discussion area called Recommendations and we can see how that goes? If it gets too long, we can make a forum with topic breakouts...

in a best case scenario retail across America will begin to resemble that of Japan ten years ago. Maybe Wal-Mart will adjust by converting to old Woolworths size stores, yet incorporating its modern logistics and stock management technology.
The old buildings can be turned into roller rinks, flea markets, and refugee camps.
Stores like Aldi-only smaller-will proliferate: offering a narrow breadth of dry goods merchandise or textiles on the sales floor, yet keeping a lot of stock in back.

The INA Building has plenty of retail space available. The new management would gladly fill it. So seriously - if anyone has contacts PLEASE have them call the management office.

Oh I forgot to mention - it has plenty of parking too. AND Lakewood Center next door has lots of open floor space for lease the owners would like to see filled too.
So as I said before - if anyone has any contacts, call the management office or the number on one of the FOR LEASE signs on the building.
