Jim,

I fully understand that you owe the conversation – (here on the Observation Deck)

Hey, I started this thread, Bill.

To paraphrase Kevin Butler, "Give me back my thread!"

And I haven't even mentioned "city manager" once yet ... oh ...

Nonetheless, I can assure you that Jimmy doesn't owe or own my conversation.

If you want to start your own thread called, "Why Jim O'Bryan Owns The Observation Deck Conversation" have at it.

I'll then be happy to jump in and discuss why "City Hall and Friends" are so upset about a guy who spends his own money on The Lakewood Observer, The Observation Deck, and countless other projects.

And yet, when concerns are raised on this free - to you and me - public forum about how "City Hall and Friends" spend our money or run our city, folks come out of the snowy shrubs to cry, "Stop complaining!"

Good grief.

Matt

And Jim hasn't turned to the Westend development either on this thread, yet.

Good try Jim but I don't think you can reliably predict which businesses will care for their sidewalks by the location of their corporate offices.
