Maybe now that we have all new trucks we can get rid of the secret city of Lakewood
junkyard, and double the size of the Dog Shelter?

Pssssssssssssssssssst, you do not have to personalize, each has a serial number. While
some have told me stories of "the mark of the beast," you know real "Red Heifer" stuff

any potential loss of containers.

You need a #25 star-bit screwdriver.

You need a #25 star-bit screwdriver.
Sure you could just cut or tear off said bag and leave the rest to blow in the wind, but as it is part of the lid hinge, the residue might bind the hinge, (particularly in SNOW AND ICE) so full removal is probably the best idea here.

The can is a good foot taller than my Rubbermaid trashcans and this makes it more difficult for me to lift the trashbag up and over into the can.
