Bottom line, you couldnt answer the question put on the post. As far as black ops for mind control. Keep drinkin Kool Aid and wearing your tin foil helmet.

As you like to point out....it's a free country. I'll assume whatever I choose to assume. Fortunately your posts continue to provide me with more than adequate validation for whatever assumptions I may choose to make.

Jeff,

You are right this is a free country and you are allowed to have as many convoluted ideas as your heart desires. Next time you see a Vet or a current military person. Thank them for it.

God Bless America,

Makes me wonder why there are not more vets (such as myself) that are not outraged by the destruction of the very liberties that we have risked our lives to protect.

I agree. Most Vets I know after looking at the facts, realize this war was a fraud, and the troops were, misused, lied to and abused. Maybe Terry is suffering from a form of Stockholm Syndrome.

1) We were told it was about Bin Landin, not oil pipelines.
Fact - Bin Landin not caught, pipeline finished!

2) It is not about oil it is about WMDs.
Fact - The military never even made it to "nuke" facilities until after
the oil wells were secured.

Another thing Terry doesn't realize about my stance. I agree the war would have had to been fought. I can even agree with every tactical reason. Secure oil, more bases, Iran, and on and on. But our government never said that. They lied, they sent in troops unprepared with out enough equipment for a war that could have waited 6 months, a year, 3 years? (I agree with the idea the war was moved up because of the pending more to the Euro. That would had opened the country to thousands of Europeans, and they get really mad when they die in American Smart Bombing day after day. All wars are about power and wealth)

There is no more precious thing in this country than our armed forces. It is the only reason we can talk about GWB and DK. It is now ingrained that as Terry is allowed his view, I am allowed mine. We can think of it no other way.

But I fear this war, has turned out very badly for us. How much fear can we now put into Iran and North Korea? This war was so mismanaged that I would think we will have to beg to be with the "A" list of countries. GWB took a lucky, but mismanaged super power, and turned us into a country. A country that is not to far from visiting the World Bank like a Third World Country. For what we spent on this nightmare, we could have spent more on the troops, sent more, and got out. I have to think the secret from using DU rounds, is to not be standing over them month after months after month.

The one thing we should have learned in Vietnam, fight to win.

Jimmy,

You entitled your own opinion, not your own facts. Most vets? I seriously doubt you are ever in the presence of these heros. Well, I am in the company of these heros a daily basis and I can assure you "most vets" dont think the way you would like them to. Do you have any data to back your statement up? Nah, you already total me that fact wherent important you. So why should they matter now.

Stock Syndrome? Maybe you should look your terms before you try to be clever? Duh!
