my girlfriend will be shadowing one of Symon's 8 chef's at Lola.

Michael doesn't do much when it comes to cooking.....hence the 8 chefs in the kitchen.

but, this is just another positive for the city of Cleveland!

I am thrilled with the outcome. Did you know that Chef Symon got his start at Players in Lakewood--so we can claim him, too!!!!!!!!!! It's a great day--can't wait to see where this takes him!

Sheesh....after consulting with my husband--you're right Geppettos and then Players.... : )

It was the Warren Road Gepetto's, not the Lakewood shop...

But yes, the Player's connection is still there.

The challenger worked in a restaurant owned by a group of owners of small farms. What an interesting way to get your products to market!
