Thank you Grace, Danielle, Lynn, Bryan and Charyn for the wise insight that should have come from the higher ups months ago! It absolutely does sound like sexual harassment. Not to bring up sore subjects, but wasn't Bill outside of his job when he had his famous encounter with Monica? And didn't our tax dollars go to try to impeach him for that? I first read about this at the Fox 8 website after my friend called. They surprisingly only had a few blog entries, the first from the offender's friend or family, the second from the accuser's friend or family, both with some pretty harsh accusations including infidelity and driving around Lakewood under the influence! It will be very interesting what happens next. I do wonder why the standards are so lax compared to a private business, when it should be the opposite. We do pay their salary and we, as a community, have to stand up for what we believe in. This is not about porn, this is about the abuse of power, the abuse of porn, including the wife's head in a toilet, and about a complete lack of respect for women. Boy that makes me feel safe. How many "minorities" are Lakewood Police? I know I saw one female, but how many are of color or of the female gender? Thank you Ivor for you funny insight. Sad but true. Where are the priorities?
