I know but you seem to be making progress. Real facts and figures would include the following which can be directly related to these utility cabinets; traffic accidents and home sales. Assumptions would be more like; my sister saved $6,000 in another city with another situation, or maybe if... then an accident will happen, or I wouldn't pay for a house with a box on the tree lawn. See the latter is more about preference and possibilities. They are not measurable and may not predict future results. Historical statistics may not either but that is what the topic at hand is for now.
