One thing I always thought would be cool was for Lakewood to do something along the lines of an art walk...but since most of it's not art, maybe a shop walk. Call it late night lakewood or something.

You made a part of my brain click in. I think I remember a Lakewood Midnight sale. Where Lakewood Shops woud have sidewalk sales until midnight.
Could be a very interesting premise for a street party as well.
Allow all restaurant to sell at temporary sidewalk cafes/
Who knows.
