I wonder about the definition of "actively exercising" .

The people I see waiting at the bus stop are dutifully wearing a face mask.

And then, I see joggers blowing right past them with partially open mouth. Followed with a pause to do some deep breathing before resuming their run.

The bus rider's only option is to step out into the street to avoid the mouth-breather.
Doesn't seem right to me.

Bars/nightclubs need to get the message. CCBH has already issued the list for Lakewood. The factual predicate now exists for legal action against them.

There is no reason that the City, its residents, guests, or employees working here should tolerate the public health risk from businesses with liquor licenses operating private "super-spreader" venues until 2:30 am.

Alcohol and the serving of alcohol have always been highly-regulated. The City should order these businesses closed under public nuisance law or other public health laws.

It is now time for vigorous enforcement.

Trust me, alcohol consumption is a privilege, not a right.
