Thanks, Jim. That's all I wanted to know. I wasn't expecting Sam to put out a press release.

Actually, though, candidates ARE expected to make a public concession that consists of a congratulations to the winner and thanks to all the campaign volunteers.

They often do that today by way of social media. Sam has Facebook, Twitter, and a website. You should have done what all other candidates do and express his thanks there. I mean, he was using it to get your vote, right?

Reports are coming out that Sam's election night got ugly at the event.

I am sure Sam is absorbed wondering where it all went wrong, though one of their inner polls showed Meghan George up 20 points.

Sam if I can give you one simple hint. Had you been yourself, the person you really are, you probably would be Mayor or at least in the running to stay on council.

But when you are the figure head of 2 of 3 dirtiest campaigns in recent history, and outspent any other election in Lakewood by 200%, the fall is massive externally and internally. Ryan Demro ending up needing to move to reboot his political life and dreams.

Don't make excuses for Sam the Sham....he DID show us who he really is.
Real character is exposed when the pressure is on.
Four years ago O'Leary showed his real character when he double crossed hospital supporters and jumped in bed with Team Summers.

He was easily lured with the promise of the Mayor's chair, party endorsements, and a bright political future.
His shortsightedness ruined his career....he is now a pariah like his fellow traitors Marx and Anderson.
