Absent any personal expertise in this area, it seems to me Richard has a valid point. Report it. Why not?

I sent the following email to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources:

The City of Lakewood is allowing the re development of property where the old hospital that established in 1917 stood. The issue is as described an underground river that the developer is considering putting a piling though thus altering the natural flow of the water. This change in flow could have detrimental effect on adjacent or down stream properties.

I would urge the Department of Natural resources investigate the plans to ensure the flow of the river in not altered.


We'll see it they are just another state paper agency, inept and inert.
