Bill, I think the city prohibits them from doing business on the street, except for festivals, etc. And I think R zoning would nix the front yard plan. I know your point is really about wealth rather than zoning, but the example doesn't quite work.

I for one absolutely, positively will not support a food truck in Lakewood with my business. Restaurants with skin in the game, i.e. a lease or ownership of a structure in the city limits, are the only businesses getting my dollars.
