Carnegie states they have no litigation history with public agencies, which may be true depending on what one defines as a public agency. A litigation history with stiffed contractors (how Trumpian), yes; employees sickened by working in their unsafe buildings, yes; but from what I read the lawsuits have been brought by people associated with the public agencies not the agencies directly.Bridget Conant wrote:No litigation in the past ten years?

Still, if this much negative press is gleaned by a simple google search, why would the city choose Carnegie? Perhaps because the fix was in before all the faux community conversations were held?
