Note to readers: I presented a full-scale vision for the redevelopment of the Hospital site in our Lakewood Observer less than a year ago. It laid-out the logical criteria for redevelopment of this valuable public property for a public/civic purpose. Simple commercial redevelopment of the site would again be a continuing misuse of our community assets.
We privatized the Hospital and lost it. Now we run the risk of privatizing the remaining Hospital property and losing that too.

With Nature's Bin successfully out of the way they have a nice chuck of land on Sloane to develop. Same with the Hilliard Square property. Yee-hah.

It was all planned out. Summers and Extended Company have their sick little plans in place. Believe me, the citizens of Lakewood will not benefit, but, Summers and Company will!
